Hampta Pass is one of the most beautiful places in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. It is situated close to the pilgrimage town of Kalka and is easily accessible from Shimla and Chandigarh on the Delhi-Dehradun highway. The trek starts from Manali, which is about 160 km away from Shimla.The route passes through a pine forest and meadows before reaching the pass itself at an altitude of 4400 m above sea level. The trek ends at Naddi Lake (about 5 km away from Hampta Pass), where you get to see some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Himachal Pradesh, including Naddi Falls (Tibba).

The pass offers a panoramic view of high peaks and ridges which provide an exciting trek experience. The trek is a combination of trekking, rock climbing and snowboarding. You will be amazed by the scenic beauty of the area, which has several beautiful lakes and rivers. The trek starts from Parvati Valley and ends at the base camp at Nistathal. The route passes through an ancient forest called Chhota Shivasagar National Park.

Tirthan Valley is a small town in Karnataka, India. It is about 20 km from Shimoga district. The town has a population of about 40000 people. The climate of this place is very good and the temperature remains pleasant throughout the year. This place has been developed as a tourist destination by the Government of Karnataka and it is an ideal place to visit for nature lovers.
The valley has several waterfalls and streams that flow down from hills and forests on either side of the valley. There are plenty of trees in this valley which makes it look green all around. There are also several temples in Tirthan Valley which attract visitors from all over India including foreign tourists as well.Tirthan Valley has an average elevation of 640 meters above sea level but there are some parts that rise up to 830 meters above sea level making it one of the highest valleys in Karnataka state. The Tirthan valley is a beautiful place. It is situated in the Himalayan foothills, in the Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. The name Tirthan means ‘Holy Place’. The valley derives its name from an old Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva, which was situated here. The Tirthan valley is about 30 km from Sirmour town and about 1 km from Dharamshala, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. It is easily accessible by road via Dharamshala and Keylong (both NH-20).
The Tirthan Valley is the largest valley in the Himalayas, with a length of around 80 km. It is located in the Astore district of Gilgit Baltistan in Pakistan and is surrounded by peaks over 5,000 metres. The area is also known for its rich flora and fauna. The valley has been declared a protected area under Section 9 of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972.
The valley is situated at an altitude ranging from 3,100 to 3,500 metres above sea level. The highest peak in this range is Qutub Minar which stands at 5,135 metres above sea level. Other peaks include: Nanga Parbat (5125 m), Nanga Myndian (5120 m), Nanga Rakhsh (5105 m), Pei Shan (5095 m) and Chogol Sar (5080 m).
